Free delivery service
We deliver across Cape Town, with free delivery on qualifying orders of R500 or more within Cape Town City Centre and selected nearby suburbs.
City Centre & immediate suburbs
Place an order of R500 or more and delivery is free when the address falls inside Cape Town City Centre or our designated immediate surrounding suburbs. This applies to qualifying orders in our standard local delivery zone, subject to your exact location and our coverage area.
Outside our free delivery area
We still deliver further afield. Instead of asking you to pay the full delivery fee, we contribute towards the cost, equal to our standard Cape Town City Centre delivery fee. You then cover only the remaining balance based on your location.
For example
If the delivery fee to your location is R150 and our standard Cape Town City Centre fee is R50, we cover R50 and you pay the remaining R100. That way customers outside our immediate area still benefit from a subsidy, while extra distance costs are shared fairly.
Important information
- Orders of R500 or more qualify for free delivery within our designated Cape Town City Centre and immediate-suburb delivery zone.
- Customers outside the free-delivery zone may still qualify for a delivery subsidy, subject to their location.
- For deliveries outside the standard zone, the customer covers the portion of the delivery fee exceeding our standard Cape Town City Centre delivery charge.
- Delivery fees are determined according to the delivery address and applicable courier/delivery rates.
- Delivery availability and applicable fees are confirmed before your order is dispatched.
- Orders below R500 may be subject to the applicable standard delivery fee, depending on location.
Our goal is to make delivery as accessible and affordable as possible while keeping a reliable service across Cape Town and surrounding areas. We do not deliver to high-risk or unsafe areas.
